What is Pharmacy First?.

Pharmacy First is a new scheme from the Government and NHS in England. It allows patients to get treatment, including prescription medications where necessary, for common conditions without the need for a GP appointment.

Through Pharmacy First, My Local Surgery offers a fast, free private online consultation with a pharmacist for speedy diagnosis and prescriptions covering a range of minor illnesses. Delivered to your door promptly.

* Prescriptions ordered before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are sent as 48hr delivery (this can be upgraded). Prescriptions made on a Saturday should arrive on the following Monday.

What you can expect

Using our online form, your pharmacist will ask some questions to understand how to help you, prescribe the medication you need and send your NHS-subsidised prescription the same day.
