My Local Surgery

When going to the Doctor feels impossible, we make medicine accessible.

We connect you directly with our highly skilled pharmacists for discreet online consultations. You'll have an online consultation with an NHS pharmacist who can diagnose minor conditions and, offer advice and if needed, issue a NHS prescription immediately.

Vision

My Local Surgery aims to be the leading facilitator of fast, accessible, and reliable online healthcare consultations in the UK, enabling everyone to access expert advice and treatment for minor illnesses from the comfort of their home, in partnership with community pharmacists up and down the country.

Mission

Our mission is to empower patients to connect with NHS community pharmacists for prompt, professional, and convenient healthcare. Through the NHS Pharmacy First scheme, we enable free video consultations, rapid diagnosis, and next-day prescription delivery, supporting pharmacists nationwide.

Values

We are committed to accessibility, patient-centred care, and innovation. We value trust, confidentiality, and efficiency, working collaboratively with community pharmacists to make high-quality healthcare simple and stress-free for every patient.
